A Week in the Life of a One-Woman Marketing Studio

Spoiler alert: It’s not all trendy tools and perfectly curated feeds. But it is organized chaos (the good kind), creativity in motion, and full of those little wins that remind me why I started Wild Berry Creative in the first place.

Running a solo marketing studio means being strategist, designer, copywriter, and project manager—all rolled into one. Here’s what a typical week looks like behind the scenes.

Monday: Reset & Organize

I start every week by reviewing client folders, organizing my project calendar, and making a fresh checklist for the days ahead. I look at ongoing projects, prep for any upcoming launches, and make space in my schedule for potential new clients. If someone new reached out over the weekend, this is when I follow up and kick off the onboarding process.

Vibe: focused, tidy desktop, lots of tabs open.

Tuesday: Content Creation

This is when the creative flow kicks in. From designing Instagram carousels to writing blog posts and crafting brand messaging, Tuesdays are packed with building out the actual content clients will see. I love diving deep into each brand's personality—no two pieces of content are ever the same.

Vibe: Canva marathons and Spotify playlists.

Wednesday: Client Communication

Wednesdays are dedicated to connection—responding to emails, sending out deliverables, and checking in with current clients. I also set time aside to meet with new leads or onboard new clients. These conversations are always energizing—hearing someone’s vision and figuring out how I can support it is one of my favorite parts of the job.

Vibe: collaborative, upbeat, lots of screen time.

Thursday: Analytics & Adjustments

Time to review what’s working and where we can improve. I track performance across socials, blogs, and email campaigns, pulling insights to guide next week’s strategy. This also tends to be my day for backend tasks—updating folders, renaming files, and making sure everything is where it should be.

Vibe: data mode + digital decluttering.

Friday: Flex + Future Planning

Fridays are a mix—some weeks I’m deep in a rebrand, others I’m pitching ideas to potential clients or working ahead on next month’s content. I also use this day to reflect: What worked this week? What do I need to shift for next week? And if I’ve been really on top of it, I wrap up early (one of the perks of running the show).

Vibe: anything goes, but always productive.

Why This Matters

Marketing doesn’t have to feel like guesswork. My job is to make it easier, clearer, and more aligned with your goals—whether that means building your first brand kit or helping your socials actually convert. When you work with Wild Berry Creative, you’re not just getting someone to “handle your marketing”—you’re getting a partner who’s just as invested in your success as you are.

If you’re ready to take your marketing from overwhelming to organized, let’s connect.
